No, the water is drawn from the storage tank. At normal household water pressure (around 0.4 MPa), the tank can deliver approximately 4-5.5 liters of water at a time. As water is used, the flow rate slowly decreases - this is normal. Once the water tank is empty, the tap will temporarily stop dispensing water until the tank is filled and the pressure increases again. Higher water supply pressure = more water available for one use
