Check if pipes are bent or twisted. Make sure the filter is not clogged and replace it if needed.
-
The surface of the RO membrane is coated with a layer of glycerin protective liquid before being installed into the machine. This glycerin protective liquid is food - grade glycerin, used to maintain the humidity of the filter element. Don't worry, it will slowly disappear with the discharge of water. You can discharge more water to rinse.

The bubbles in the water of a water purifier generally come from two aspects:
The pores of coconut shell activated carbon contain a large amount of air. When a new filter element is immersed in water, this part of the air will gradually dissolve in the water, producing a large number of bubbles. The more bubbles there are, the higher the oxygen content.
Municipal tap water is transported remotely through pipeline network pressurization. Pressurization will increase the solubility of air in water. When municipal water enters the booster pump of our water purifier for pressurization, the solubility is further increased. When the water flows out from the faucet, the pressure on the gas molecules disappears, and the pressure is released, so they expand into bubbles visible to our naked eyes, and then gradually disappear. This is a normal physical phenomenon and will not affect the drinking of pure water. -
The device is designed for municipal drinking water (tap water) meeting the applicable standards (e.g. EU 98/83/EC) and should not be used for water of biological risk or of unknown origin without prior cleaning/disinfection.

Possible causes and solutions: The filter may be clogged / exhausted → replace the filter cartridge. The water inlet pressure is low (<0.1 MPa) → consider installing a pressure booster. The valve or tap position is not fully open or the installation is incorrect → check the valve opening and correct connection.

Ensure the drain pipe is not blocked or bent. If the system uses reverse osmosis, check for proper installation.
-
Check that the power cable is connected and the outlet has power.
-
Replace the filter if it has reached the end of its life. Flush the system as recommended.
-
The system operates at about 53 dB, which is similar to a normal conversation level.
-
Close the water valve and contact customer service. A component may be damaged.
