FAQ

  • Reset the filter lifetime by long pressing the "Filter Lifetime Reset" button for 3 seconds.

  • Yes, the device has a static UV LED.

  • The total capacity of the tap water tank is 3,8 litres, and the capacity of the water jug is 2,2 litres.

  • Flow rate is 0,25 L/min.

  • 7 temperature settings: 6°C, ambient, 40°C, 70°C, 80°C, 90°C, 100°C.

  • The Anticalc+ filter cartridge is designed for use with hard water, softening it during filtration. The Taste+ filter cartridge is designed for water filtration only. However, both filters are compatible with the dispenser.

  • The bottle capacity is 500 ml.

  • For the first few seconds, it actually pours room-temperature water. This is simply water from previous dispensing that is left in the pipes and needs to be flushed out by the heated water behind it.
